SCP-8430 being Condemned by Yahweh's Army

First iteration of Special Containment Procedures:

Until further notice, SCP-8430 is to be transferred to the high comfort containment cell (Type S-2). His participation and leadership in Mobile Task Force Lambda-2 ("Dr. Clef's Bisexual Stripper Assassin Squad") was also temporarily canceled. Until further notice from the O5 Council, these restrictions must remain in force.

Due to the fact that SCP-8430 does not exhibit aggressive behavior, it was sent to the high comfort containment cell (Type S-2). There must be at least five security personnel armed with M4 carbines at the entrance to the cell.

SCP-8430 is allowed to move freely on and off Site-17 due to the inability to restrain the subject, as well as due to the fact that SCP-8430 does not attempt to escape. However, the subject must conceal his distinctive features, as well as suppress his thaumaturgical abilities, so as not to cause panic among both Site-17 personnel and humanoid subjects assigned to the content, in particular SCP-073.

Due to the fact that SCP-8430 spent more than twenty-seven years as an employee of the Foundation and passing several loyalty tests, as well as the personal decision and desire of the subject to help the organization, by a joint decision of the O5 Council and the Ethics Committee, it was decided to create the most comfortable conditions for the continuation of SCP-8430's work in the Foundation.

SCP-8430 retains all its positions and appointments that were prior to the designation of the subject as an SCP object, including leadership in the Division of Training and Development, as well as leadership in Mobile Task Force Lambda-2 ("Dr. Clef's Bisexual Stripper Assassin Squad").

SCP-8430 is allowed to move freely both within the Foundation's institutions and around the world, which is considered a privilege, but is only an excuse due to the inability to hold SCP-8430 due to the subject's thaumaturgical abilities.

The subject must always be wearing a tracking device that must be monitored by at least one AIC or O5-3 - "The Kid".

In the event of an unregistered disappearance of SCP-8430, loss of signal from the tracking device and its absence from communication with any of the Foundation's senior staff, the "Diabolus" protocol must be activated immediately.

The "Diabolus" protocol includes:

• Declaration of emergency in the Reliquary Area-27
• Deploy Mobile Task Forces Beta-777 (“Hecate's Spear"), Epsilon-6 (“Village Idiots"), Epsilon-13 (“Manifest Destiny"), Zeta-9 (“Mole Rats"), Eta-77 (“Spheres Within Spheres"), Mu-0 ("Maxwell's Demons"), Nu-7 (“Hammer Down"), Xi-13 (“Sequere Nos"), Pi-1 (“City Slickers") and Tau-5 (“Samsara") to detect and capture the subject, then return it to the Area, or eliminate it on the spot due to a possible XK-Class scenario
• In the event of SCP-8430's return to Reliquary Area-27, the subject will be required to undergo a re-loyalty test to the Foundation under the guidance of MTF Alpha-1 (“Red Right Hand”) and MTF Omega-1 (“Law's Left Hand”), who will have to monitor the passage and results of the test. Penalties in case of test failure or refusal to perform it range from revising privileges to eliminating SCP-8430
• In case of complete completion of the re-loyalty test and approval of the results between the O5 Council and the Ethics Committee, SCP-8430 is allowed to continue containment and work at the Foundation. The number of guards will have to be doubled indefinitely

SCP-8430 is prohibited from contacting organizations such as Horizon Initiative and Office For The Reclamation of Islamic Artifacts due to the possible occurrence of conflicts with fatal outcomes, it is possible that SCP-8430 itself. Also, the subject is forbidden to be near objects and beings associated with Abrahamic religions. These items usually include: Tanakh, Bible, Quran, Christian cross, Islamic crescent and Jewish star.

Most employees should not realize the demonic nature of SCP-8430 and continue to consider it an ordinary representative of the species homo sapiens sapiens.

Update dated 08/23/2019: SCP-8430 has been transferred to the jurisdiction of the Department of Tactical Theology, Demonology Division, due to the complete establishment of the demonic nature of the subject.

SCP-8430 is a designation manifested by entitie that are in disembodied form, similar to entities known as ghosts. SCP-8430 is capable of inhabiting people, using them as a vessel to manifest itself and its abilities.

Currently, the subject resides inside the body of a man named Francis Wojciechowski, better known in the Foundation as Dr. Alto Clef. According to SCP-8430, it has occupied the body of Francis Wojcienchowski since the body was two and a half hours after pregnancy.

At the moment, SCP-8430 looks like an ordinary human male of European appearance, however, the subject has limited influence on body modification by thaumaturgical means. This was manifested in the regrowth of horns and wings identical to those of Capra hircus (Domestic goat) and Microchiroptera (Bat), respectively.

SCP-8430 calls itself Lucifer and one of the Devils, which defines the subject as a Tartarean-class demonic entity of the Delta class¹.

In human records, SCP-8430 is referred to by various names, including: Satan, Devil², Lucifer, Morning Star, Evil One, Serpent, Samael, Nahash³, Dragon⁴, Ash-Shaytān (Shaitan), Iblis, Prince of Darkness, Apollyon and many other variations for the designation SCP-8430.

Although it is currently impossible to assess the full impact of SCP-8430 on reality, it is an undeniable fact that the subject is responsible for the creation of all Tartarean-class demonic entities. It has been established that SCP-8430 is the second husband of SCP-336-V, the lover of SCP-4231-A, the father of SCP-166-V (Rewrite 1), and is also partially himself SCP-231-1.

SCP-8430 is an extremely powerful reality bender. EVE energy level and Akiva radiation reflect a being of a divine level powerful enough to destroy reality or cause significant damage to it.

SCP-8430 also possesses reality anchor abilities, which allows it to bypass various abnormal influences, which is reflected in its immunity to SCP-166-V, SCP-148 and many other SCP objects. These abilities have also been seen in O5-1 - "Eve". It is also reported that the subject has a third "metaphysical" eye, which allows reality benders to see through space and time.

A notable fact remains that almost Tartarean-class demonic entities are aware of SCP-8430 on a subconscious level, which leads to Tartarean-class demonic entities worshiping SCP-8430, or desperately trying to attack the subject.

SCP-8440 has demonstrated great knowledge about demonics and possible ways to work around its malfunctions. At the moment, work is underway on the possible revival of demonics as a science.

The existence of SCP-8430 was revealed on 08/21/2019 when Agent ██████ escaped to Dr. Alto Clef's office at Site-19 to warn him about the containment breach of SCP-████. The agent immediately called for backup and Dr. Clef was immediately taken to the security room, where he was interrogated by the head of the Department of Internal Security, Ford Castro.

Two months after the classification of Alto Clef as SCP-8430, the O5 Council approved several tests on interaction with several SCP objects that are presumably related to the Abrahamic religions:

Discussions are currently underway on how to interact with other SCP objects. SCP-001-CLEF and SCP-001-DJ-DX are under consideration, as well as re-interaction with SCP-091-ARC.
